Cancellation Policy

Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. I know that life happens, but I am trying to run a business here so kindly understand that if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment or don't show up, you will still be charged the full fee. I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I have a big heart and can handle those on a case-by-case basis. Thanks for understanding!!
